Tasting Notes: Kinds Of Light Cabernet Sauvignon

KINDS OF LIGHT | 7%

Sour Farmhouse Ale refermented with spent Cabernet grape skins from our upcoming wine project: Lantern Wines. It was brewed with 100% locally grown barley and raw wheat, and spontaneously fermented in our foudres. This batch of Kinds of Light was aged for over a year in oak and bottle conditioned with local wildflower honey.
