Ordering beer through our website is straightforward and available seven days a week. Here's how it works:

Pre-Order Pickup: If you're local or passing through Beacon, NY, you can opt for pre-order pickup at our brewery.

Pre-order pickups at the brewery are available:
Thursday 12pm - 10pm
Friday 12pm- 10pm
Saturday 12pm - 10pm
Sunday 12pm - 8pm
Monday 12pm - 8pm


DIRECT beer SHIPPING UPDATES:

DC, KY, PA, NH, NY, VA, VT: No minimum order is required. Orders are fulfilled on Mondays or Thursdays, taking 2-3 business days for fulfillment and UPS Ground transit time varying between 1-3 days. You'll receive an email with tracking and shipping information once your order is shipped. Please note that a valid 21+ driver's license or ID card and signature are required for UPS shipping, and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, TX, WA: Orders must include a minimum of 3 items. Orders that do not meet the minimum of 3 items will be canceled and refunded. Orders ship out via UPS Ground, FedEx or CDL depending on location. Orders are shipped typically ship Tuesday - Thursday, depending on carrier. Any order placed after 10am Monday will be shipped the following week. You'll receive an email with tracking and shipping information after your order has shipped. Please Note: We use a third party shipper for packages to the states listed above, and it may take a few days for your tracking info to populate. A valid 21+ driver's license or ID card and signature are required for UPS shipping, and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping to some zip codes is unavailable and we will reach out if we find an issue.

We love serving our customers nationwide, but unfortunately, we're unable to ship beer to certain states due to regulations. If you place an order for beer shipping outside of the states mentioned above, your order will be canceled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

WHAT BEER DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?

Our selection of beer changes on a weekly basis. New beer releases will be announced every week via instagram, facebook and our email newsletter.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP BEER?

Pickups take place at our facility in Beacon, NY. Beer pick up is available on Thursday through Monday. Ordering is first come first serve.

DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE?

No, you can stop by our location at 7 East Main Street for Beer-to-go any time.


CAN I ALSO ORDER MERCHANDISE WITH MY PICK UP ORDER?

Yes! Just add the merchandise to your order and it will be packed along with your beer!


I’VE PLACED AN ORDER BUT WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE IT, CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE CHANGES?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY PICKUP?

BEER SHIPPING FAQ

Do I need to be home when UPS delivers the package?

Yes, a valid 21+ Driver’s license or ID card and signature will be required upon delivery.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

IS THERE A minimum ORDER AMOUNT FOR SHIPPING?

DC, KY, PA, NH, NY, VA, VT: There is no order minimum for direct shipping.

AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, TX, WA: There is a minimum of 3 items per order.


My package is damaged, what should I do?

Please take a photo of your package in the state that it arrived and email it along with your order number to contact@hvbrewery.com.


What states CAN YOU SHIP BEER TO?

We’re currently able to ship beer to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, VT, and WA.


Can you combine Merchandise and Beer delivery?

Yes! In some cases merchandise may be shipped in separate packaging.


I’ve placed an order but would like to change it, can you accommodate changes?
