ORDERING INFORMATION
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO:
DC, KY, PA, NY, VA, VT: No minimum order is required. Orders are fulfilled on Mondays or Thursdays, taking 2-3 business days for fulfillment and UPS Ground transit time varying between 1-3 days. You'll receive an email with tracking and shipping information once your order is shipped. Please note that a valid 21+ driver's license or ID card and signature are required for UPS shipping, and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, TX, WA: Orders must include a minimum of 3 items. Orders that do not meet the minimum of 3 items will be canceled and refunded. Orders ship out via UPS Ground, FedEx or CDL depending on location. Orders typically ship Tuesday - Thursday, depending on carrier. Any order placed after 10am Monday will be shipped the following week. You'll receive an email with tracking and shipping information after your order has shipped. Please Note: We use a third party shipper for packages to the states listed above, and it may take a few days for your tracking info to populate. A valid 21+ driver's license or ID card and signature are required for UPS shipping, and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping to some zip codes is unavailable and we will reach out if we find an issue.
We love serving our customers nationwide, but unfortunately, we're unable to ship beer to certain states due to regulations. If you place an order for beer shipping outside of the states mentioned above, your order will be canceled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

(12%) A sparkling blend of Seyval Blanc and Merlot. Harvested from the Finger Lakes and Long Island regions of New York and naturally fermented. Both of these grapes were fermented in stainless steel, blended, and allowed to finish their fermentation in the bottle for a natural, Pet-Nat-like carbonation. Cold, pink, and bubbly, this is a playful and dangerously drinkable wine. Tastes like: pink starbursts, cantaloupe, and sourdough bread.
Contains sulfites.

(12%) This Rose is a blend of Seyval Blanc, grown in the Finger Lakes, Chardonnay and Merlot, both grown on Long Island. Seyval Blanc makes up the majority of the blend and creates a zippy, citrus-forward wine with some lovely summer fruit notes from the young Merlot. We fermented all of these grapes in stainless steel and blended them to create a breezy, zesty summer sipper. Tastes like: slightly under-ripe strawberries, lemon peel, and red ruby grapefruit.

(14%) Our Merlot 2025 was grown and on the North Fork of Long Island and we pressed it as soon as we got the grapes back to the Hudson Valley. With just a few hours of skin contact, the wine is a beautiful light purple in color, and is wonderfully light and fruity. We made this Merlot in the spirit of young French Beaujolais Nouveau wine, which is typically young, fresh, and very fruit-forward. It's a jammy, brambly wine that we like to drink chilled down to just about cellar temp, or even colder on a hot day. Tastes like: blackberry jam, fresh figs, wild blueberries.

Valley Beer is our Hudson Valley Sour Farmhouse Ale, brewed with 100% NYS barley and raw wheat, fermented in our foudres with wild yeast & souring bacteria, aged in oak wine barrels, and bottle conditioned with local wildflower honey.
