Windrow: A Taste of New York State

 

Windrow is our 100% New York State Corn Lager, made with ingredients from Hudson Valley Malt and hopped with New York State grown Saaz. We're getting notes of honey nut Chex, corn tortillas and the sweet feeling of a summer breeze.

Hudson Valley Malt has been our dedicated barley malting partner since the start of our brewing journey. In the last three years, we've been able to use more and more local grain in our recipes. We’re delighted to share the third batch of this endeavor: Windrow, a 100% New York State Corn Lager showcasing the Hudson Valley's terroir.

Picture the corn and barley flourishing merely an hour's drive away from our brewery, encapsulating the flavors of our region. Windrow reminds us that beer is an agricultural art, nurtured from the earth and tended to by countless hands before we get to drink it.
