(12%) Imperial Stout brewed with a variety of dark and specialty malts, vanilla and chai spices; aged in Hillrock & Weller bourbon barrels for 24 months. Tastes like blueberry cordial, brown butter sugar cookies, and watching the fall foliage sway in the breeze.

(5%) Sour Farmhouse Ale brewed with 100% NYS barley and raw wheat, fermented in our foudres with wild yeast and souring bacteria, aged in oak wine barrels, and keg conditioned with local wildflower honey. Tastes like honey sticks, spring flowers, sourdough, wet wood.

brewery. Any bottle available in our cooler can be opened for a
