Valley Beer Summer Series: Strawberry

Valley Beer Summer Series is a rotating blend of Valley Beer and freshly picked Hudson Valley summer fruit. Valley Beer is our annually blended Sour Farmhouse Ale, spontaneously fermented in our foudres and aged in oak. Each blend rests for just a few days before release, allowing the bright flavors and aromas to reach their peak.
