A Perfect Day Trip to Hudson Valley Brewery
If you’re looking for an unforgettable craft beer experience in the Hudson Valley, we invite you to spend the day with us at Hudson Valley Brewery in Beacon, NY. Known for our fruit-forward Sour IPAs that evoke nostalgic memories, we also explore the world of lagers and hoppy beers with the same fervor and dedication. Our newly renovated tasting room and expert staff offer a special experience in one of the most charming small cities in New York.
At Hudson Valley Brewery, we like to think of our beer as the product of a wide variety of influences. Much like the ever-changing Hudson Valley, our beers are a blend of the traditional and the modern. Our brewery is housed in a lovingly restored 19th-century mill building and warehouse, providing a welcoming atmosphere for both beer fans and casual visitors alike. With a rotating selection of innovative Sour IPAs, stouts, and lagers, there’s always something new to taste here at our brewery.
Just steps away from Beacon’s Main Street, our spacious and inviting tasting room offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with views of Beacon Mountain, creating a comfortable space for you to enjoy our award-winning beers. Our knowledgeable staff of beer lovers is always happy to guide you through our selection. Whether you want to taste all that we offer or just find that perfect pint—we've got you!
Beers You Can’t Miss
For those visiting for the first time, here are some beers that shouldn’t be missed:
Feel No Way – Our hop-forward crispy Pilsner, straight from our side-pull Lukr faucet.
Silhouette – An easy and fruity brunch-style Sour IPA. Silhouette Peach is our gold medal-winning Sour IPA available year-round, but we’ll often have a rotating variation available on draft!
Valley Beer – Rarely found outside of our tasting room, our barrel-aged Sour Farmhouse Ales are where we got our start. Made with all New York State ingredients, these dry, snappy, and funky blends are unique and pair excellently with a meal.
Moonlet – A smooth and creamy milk stout, often offered on nitro.
