Roasted in Beacon, New York

 

The coffee used in Symmetrical Garden was roasted, blended and brewed in collaboration with Alex Finkelstein, of Big Mouth Coffee in Beacon, NY. The finished specialty coffee concentrate is comprised of three parts Colombia Nariño and two parts of a Brazil Machado.
