Aquarelle, Our Collaboration With HOMES Brewery

We’ve made something beautiful with our friends from HOMES Brewery in Ann Arbor, Michigan!

A few years ago, we worked together on Watercolor, a Sour IPA packed with all our favorite flavors. We loved it so much, we decided to brew it ourselves here in Beacon.

Aquarelle is a Sour IPA brewed with milk sugar, loads of peach and blueberry, chamomile, and vanilla. It’s big and juicy, with soft acidity and drippy fruit. Our team is tasting chamomile donuts with blueberry glaze, sour rope candies, and chicha morada.

Sour Double IPA with wheat and oat, milk sugar, blueberry, peach, chamomile, and vanilla; hopped with El Dorado and Motueka.
