Our Kitchen Is Open!
The wait is over! We’re excited to announce that our kitchen is officially open. We’re offering a thoughtfully curated menu to pair perfectly with our beers.
We’re especially excited about our marinated white beans & preserved mushrooms, and our Lobster Salad Roll, with fresh poached lobster, crisp Honeycrisp apple, fennel, and celery, all tossed in a tarragon aioli and served on a buttery brioche bun. Our menu has plenty more to explore, from cheese plates to sandwiches, so stop by the tasting room soon and have a nosh with your beer!
Our pizza kitchen is under construction and will be launching in the next few months. In the meantime, our friends from Get Lost Pizza will be here most here most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (weather permitting) with their wood fired pizza pop-up.
