Valley Beer Summer Series is a rotating blend of Valley Beer Summer and fresh-picked Hudson Valley summer fruit. The blend rests for just a few days before we drink it, so all the bright flavors and aromas are at their peak. Valley Beer Summer Series tries to capture one of those fleeting summer moments; it’s picking a fresh strawberry, camping around a fire, swimming in a cold river.

Next up in the series is cherry, picked early in July by the folks at Fix Farm in Hudson, NY. Valley Beer Summer Series is only available on draft in our tasting room, so come get one before it’s gone!

(5%) A rotating series of draft-only Valley Beer Summer conditioned on hyper-fresh local fruit. This blend of Valley Beer features cherries picked early in July by the folks at Fix Farms in Hudson, NY. Tastes like Shirley Temple, firecracker ice pops, cherry limeade.

Valley Beer is our seasonally blended Sour Farmhouse Ale, spontaneously fermented in our foudres and aged in oak for a year.
