Valley Beer Vintage 2022 + Valley Beer Vintage 2022: Cherry

For our anniversary this week, we are so happy to share the 2022 blends of Valley Beer Vintage and Valley Beer Vintage Cherry. The center of our Sour Farmhouse program, Valley Beer is brewed with 100% locally grown barley and raw wheat, spontaneously fermented in our foudres with wild yeast and souring bacteria, and aged for one year in oak wine barrels.

Valley Beer Vintage 2022

Valley Beer Vintage 2022 is a cuvée blend of all four seasons of Valley Beer 2022. A portion of each seasonal release was returned to oak to mature for another year before it was blended and bottled.

Valley Beer Vintage 2022 is a cuvée blend of all four seasons of Valley Beer 2022. A portion of each seasonal release was returned to oak to mature for another year before being conditioned on local Montmorency cherries.
