Multifoliate + Ways Of Seeing

Our friends at Homage Brewing in California are known for a unique style of beer — Saison Spritz — that balances fruit and wine grapes in an easy-drinking mixed culture Farmhouse Ale. This is a concept we have great appreciation for at Hudson Valley Brewery.

Both simple and thirst quenching, creative and complex in its layering of flavor and ingredients — Saison Spritz is a downright pleasure to drink.

So, when Matt came to visit us in Beacon, we wanted our collaboration to reflect this approach toward production that our breweries hold so closely in common. The following is the result of our effort, available for preorder and pickup here.
