This Saturday we'll be releasing our latest Valley Beer blend. Blended and bottled in the Fall of 2018 and brewed with 100% locally grown barley and raw wheat, Valley Beer Fall is a snapshot of the best tasting barrels we had in October of last year. After 9 months conditioning in the bottle, we're very excited to share it with you all!

Sour Farmhouse Ale brewed with 100% New York ingredients, fermented in our foudres w/ wild yeast & souring bacteria, and aged for one year in oak wine barrels.
