Guided walk through the Hudson Valley Brewery gardens with Marisa Lomonaco.

Marisa will discuss the history of this former industrial site and the process and challenges of transforming it into native pollinator gardens.

Marisa focused on selecting a combination of native shrubs, trees and perennials that would adapt well to the area and assist in the revitalization of the surrounding landscape. Participants will have an opportunity to learn about her design and the plant choices that have contributed to a pollinator-friendly environment.

At the conclusion of the short tour participants are invited to meet other native plant enthusiasts over a drink and mingle in the garden.
