To celebrate the end of a lovely Spring, we’re releasing the latest blend of our seasonal Hudson Valley Sour Farmhouse Ale: Valley Beer Spring 2022. Valley Beer is an iconic HVB farmhouse, inspired by the deep agricultural roots of making beer. It is brewed with 100% local malt, wild fermented in oak, and blended by our team with the start of each season. Each blend has its own character and nuance, but Valley Beer remains a classic funky, tart farmhouse ale.

Valley Beer Spring 2022 matured for about 18 months in neutral wine barrels. It is bright, vinous, and effervescent, and reminds us of honeysuckles, lemon pound cake, and the way the air feels on the first night you see a firefly.

Available in 750ml and 1.5L Magnums to share with friends!

Sour Farmhouse Ale brewed with 100% locally grown barley and raw wheat, fermented in our foudres with wild yeast & souring bacteria, aged for one year in oak wine barrels, and bottle conditioned with local wildflower honey for 9 months.
Tastes like: gin lemonade, honeysuckle, lavender honey, a sunny Hudson Valley morning.
