Liminal Cider

We're excited to offer you Liminal: a new cider blend.

A friend joins you with two glasses and a bottle of Liminal Cider. What’s better than this.

As the seasons transition and the days grow shorter, Liminal seems to walk along a boundary line: it’s bright, zippy, and a bit tart, but the round, depth of apple and orchard fruit give it the warming complexity a cider needs on some colder autumn nights.

Liminal was fermented with native yeasts and blended in collaboration with our friends and neighbors at soon-to-be Occam Cider.  The Golden Russet apples were grown and harvested by the folks at Lagoner Farms in Williamson, NY on a plot once planted and tended by Ryan from Occam.

We like drinking it around 4pm on a sunny and cold day, when we can't quite decide if we should keep our sweater on.
