Nouveau Botanical IPA

Nestled into the bustling corner of Houston Street and West Broadway in SoHo, The Corner Store is an artful reimaginating of a classic American joint & a nostalgic tribute to New York City.

Serving decidedly playful and nostalgic cuisine (see: cheesy pizza rolls), they provide a feeling of wonder along with a sense of comfort.

Nouveau, our Botanical IPA brewed exclusively for the restaurant, seeks to recreate that warm and fuzzy feeling. Brewed with wheat and hopped with Citra, it is then conditioned on Chamomile and Lemon zest, for a beer that is both familiar and delightfully unfamiliar all at once.
