Everyday Spirits

Earlier this month, our friends at Finback made the trip up to Beacon to brew the first two installments of our collaborative project, Everyday Spirits.

They brought us some Pilsner and IPA, which (as you can see in the foreground) our team was very happy about!

Each cycle of Everyday Spirits will feature a distinct fruit / botanical / hop arrangement, and will be brewed at both HVB and Finback, each through the lens of our respective production styles, for a collection of beers that are both familiar and unique. Keep a lookout for Finback’s version in the coming months!

Everyday Spirits I | 8%

Sour DIPA w/ raw wheat, flaked & malted oat, milk sugar, strawberry, peach & vanilla; hopped w/ Citra, Belma & Strata.

Everyday Spirits II | 8%

Double IPA w/ raw wheat, flaked & malted oat; hopped with Citra, Strata & Galaxy.
