Emily and Evan Watson have been at the forefront of brewing hyper-local farmhouse-inspired beer since they opened their doors in 2013.

Following their lead, we brewed two delightful beers exclusively with New York State sourced ingredients.

Orchards

(8%) Sour DIPA, was brewed with Hudson Valley Malt barley, raw wheat, flaked oat, local wildflower honey, and NYS-grown Excelsior hops. It was conditioned on a healthy amount of NYS peaches and cherries.

Pollen

(6%) Hoppy Kolsch, was brewed with Germantown Pilsner malt and Vienna malt from Hudson Valley Malt, and hopped and dry-hopped with NYS Super Saaz from Chimney Bluff Hoppery in Wolcott, NY.
