(11%) Naturally fermented sparkling wine blend of Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc. Harvested from the Finger Lakes region of New York. The seyval blanc was picked early for high acidity and the Pinot noir was whole clusters fermented for a bright fruit-forward wine.
Tastes like: fresh-picked raspberries, pomegranates, shirley temple.
