Sigil is back! We’re excited to share the second batch of our kombucha saison collaboration with our good friends at Yesfolk Tonics. Just like the first release, Sigil begins with Table Beer as its base—a little sour farmhouse ale brewed with wildflower honey. From there, we condition it on blueberry skins (post-Amulet fermentation), dry hop it, and finally blend it with a generous amount of Yesfolk’s vibrant kombucha.

This year’s version is especially unique: it features a wonderfully floral batch of magnolia-scented oolong tea, which brings a delicate character that dances beautifully with the blueberries.

At only 2% ABV and with wildly effervescent carbonation, Sigil drinks like a spritzy piquette wine or a blueberry mocktail, just perfect for easy sipping. It’s the kind of beer you’ll want to open on a sunny afternoon, to share with friends, or just to enjoy as a bright little treat.
