Our New Collaborative Beers With Other Half Brewing

New beers with our friends from Other Half Brewing are here! You’ve been waiting for us to brew something up together in Beacon, and we are happy to share the fruits of our labor: A Botanical Lager perfect for enjoying in the late summer weather, and a big Sour IPA with layers of flavor.

These collaborations represent what we love most about working with the visionary brains of Other Half: creative beers that are both inventive and drinkable, pushing boundaries while keeping them accessible.

We developed a botanical lager brewed with rose petals and hopped it heavy with Motueka Cryo. We love making lagers that are both easy to drink and unique in character, and this one strikes that balance beautifully. Floral but still crisp and refreshing, it’s a a beautiful drink to enjoy this time of year.

Naturally, a Sour IPA had to be part of the mix. The perfect companion to One Hand Clapping, we leaned into flavors and ingredients we never highlight enough: lychee, tangerine, rose petals, and vanilla. Hopped with Citra, Necatron, and Motueka Cryo, it’s a big Sour Double IPA with layers of flavor. Juicy, tart, floral, with lots of fruit!
