Valley Beer Summer Series is a rotating blend of Valley Beer Summer and fresh-picked Hudson Valley summer fruit. The blend rests for just a few days before we drink it, so all the bright flavors and aromas are at their peak. Valley Beer Summer Series tries to capture one of those fleeting summer moments; it’s picking a fresh strawberry, camping around a fire, swimming in a cold river.

First up in the series is strawberry, picked the first week of June by the folks at Wright’s Farm in Gardiner, NY. Valley Beer Summer Series is only available on draft in our tasting room, so come get one before it's gone! 🍓

Valley Beer is our seasonally blended Sour Farmhouse Ale, spontaneously fermented in our foudres and aged in oak for a year.
