This blend of native fermented Hudson Valley cider and Finger Lakes Gewurtztraminer wine is ready just in time for warm and sunny days.

We harvested the grapes by hand on a beautiful late summer day on Seneca Lake, fermented them whole, and later blended the wine with a delicate cider made from apples grown by Mead Orchards.

We let Calico rest for just over a year in neutral oak puncheons before bottle conditioning with local wildflower honey. It’s super dry, lightly tart, and smells like a spring flower in bloom.
