Lineage, our collaboration with Hawksmoor

Introducing Lineage, our collaboration with the brilliant team at Hawksmoor. Lineage is a Pilsner dry-hopped with Motueka and Fuggle, lagered in oak barrels, and finished with a touch of Maldon sea salt. For this beer, we wanted to maintain the quenching and delightful nature of our Pilsner — while adding in a sense of elegance and depth of flavor that could match a variety of their menu offerings: from charcoal-grilled steaks (which are also finished with a touch of Maldon sea salt), to a proper cheeseburger, or even roasted bone marrow oysters.

The label design by Evan M. Cohen is inspired by the architectural styling of Hawksmoor NYC — located in the Assembly Hall at the United Charities Building — a National Landmark that was closed off from the public for nearly 100 years until their team restored it.

Lineage is available now at our tasting room, on our website, and exclusively at Hawksmoor in NYC starting on June 6th.
