Loupe | 5%
Hoppy Saison brewed with NYS barley, rye & wildflower honey; hopped w/ Motueka & Saaz.










Calico | 9%
A blend of Hudson Valley cider and Finger Lakes Gewurztraminer wine. Both were fermented with native yeast and aged in oak for 8 months. It is bottle conditioned with local wild-flower honey.

Table Beer | 3%
Little Sour Farmhouse Ale aged for 3 months in oak with our house mixed culture, and bottle conditioned with wildflower honey.
