Kinds Of Light

Last summer, the folks at Wild Arc Farm in Pine Bush, NY picked a blend of organically-grown red, white, and Gris grapes to be co-fermented in their 2019 Amorici Field Blend. After pressing, they brought the spent grape skins over to us, and we refermented them with a few oak barrels of year old sour farmhouse ale.

This batch of Kinds of Light not only picked up the beautiful rosé hues of the field blend, but also the bright summer fruit and delicate tannins of Wild Arc’s wine. It’s a perfect beer to enjoy as the summer winds down.
