We like to feature the beauty of the Hudson Valley through our beer whenever we can. This Friday, August 30 at 5pm, we’ll be releasing Unity of Place: our first Sour IPA made entirely with New York State ingredients.

We were able to take a trip to Stone House Grain to see where our 6-row barley and raw red winter wheat grows before it heads over to
Hudson Valley Malt.

We brewed Place with raw wildflower honey from Remsburger Honey & Maple in Pleasant Valley, NY and New York-grown Michigan Copper and Mackinac hops, and conditioned it on staghorn sumac, foraged outside of Beacon, and fresh lemon verbena from Sparrowbush Farms in Hudson, NY.
