A few weeks ago, we visited our friends at Root + Branch Brewing on Long Island to make a beer! ”Discourse on the Method of Rightly Conducting One’s Reason and of Seeking Truth in the (Brewing) Sciences” is a multi-oat/wheat double IPA (8%) that was brewed with milk sugar and meadowfoam honey; whirlpooled with citra, comet and el dorado hops; and dry hopped with citra and galaxy hops.
