Sour Farmhouse aged in oak for 8 months. Blended and bottled in the summer of 2017.
Tastes like clover honey, hay, orange creamsicle, attic clothes.

Tastes like clover honey, gummy bears, white grapes, early Spring hyacinths.

Soleil | 5%
Sour Farmhouse aged in oak with pineapple, rose petals, and marigold flowers.
Tastes like orange blossom honey, Calvados, white balsamic.

Kinds of Light | 5%
Sour Farmhouse aged in oak and refermented with Chardonnay grape skins from Whitecliff Vineyards.
Tastes like honeydew melon, fun dip, lemon custard, white grape juice

Flying Colors | 5%
Sour Farmhouse aged in oak with raspberries, orange peel, and hibiscus.
Tastes like Pixie Stix, rainbow sherbet, Nerds, strawberry jam.

Magnolia | 5%
Sour Farmhouse aged in oak for 3 months with lychee.
Tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios, Key Lime pie, French 75.

Table Beer | 5%
Light Sour Farmhouse fermented with our saison culture.
Tastes like prickly pear, Wonka bottle cap candy, pre-InBev Goose Island Sofie

Hiding Place | 7%
Sour IPA brewed with raw wheat, malted oat, milk sugar, Muscat grapes, orange zest, and rosemary. Hopped with Azacca and Mosaic
Tastes like Aperol Spritz, Fanta, pistachio ice cream.

Empyrean | 7%
Double Dry-hopped Sour IPA with raw wheat, malted oat & milk sugar; hopped w/ Galaxy & Citra
Tastes like grapefruit Jarritos, Del Monte fruit cup, mango Italian Ice.

Purelake | 6%
Sour IPA brewed with raw wheat, malted oat, milk sugar, and Viognier grapes. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc.
Tastes like Late harvest peaches, yellow Starburst, Limon Jarritos, Saint Germaine

Purelake | 6%
Sour IPA brewed with raw wheat, malted oat, milk sugar, and Petite Syrah grapes. Hopped with Galaxy.
Tastes like Very ripe plums, Raspberry jammer bars, Big League Chew, Lambrusco

Feel No Way | 5%
Pilsner brewed with Sterling and Hallertau Blanc.
